Although there are not many farmers in W12 we nevertheless celebrate Harvest Thanksgiving each year as an opportunity to thank God for his provision of food, and to raise awareness of those who live in food poverty.

Our Harvest Thanksgiving takes place on Sunday 3 October at 10am during the Sung Mass.

You are invited to bring tinned food, dried food and hygiene/sanitary items for donation to the foodbank and other local agencies. There is also the opportunity to make a cash donation.

The children and young people of the parish will be assisting with the main lay-led ministries of the Mass.

It’s great to be able to relaunch our children’s activities. We welcome Sally our new Children’s Worker who is leading and coordinating our mission with young people and their families.

Sunday Club takes place during Mass (i.e. from 10am) in the Parish Room and includes learning and activities for children aged from 5 to 14 years.

We are also keen to recruit some adult volunteers to join the helpers rota.

If you or your children are interested, please speak to Sally or one of the clergy after Sunday Mass.

Fr William has put together an excellent-looking series of talks on the Psalms to take place after Sunday Mass for Autumn-Winter 2021. There will be chance to grab a drink and have a quick chat after Mass, before settling down to a short talk of 20 minutes followed by up to ten minutes of Q&A.
